Croydon Natural History and Scientific Society meets in the Small Hall of the United Reformed church in Addiscombe Road on Monday 25 March at 7.45pm. Bernard Winchester will talk about Conan Doyle who lived in Tennison Road South Norwood from 1891 to 1894. This talk looks, with some humour, at his life and works during this period in the context of his surroundings.
