Local inclusive Dance Company SLiDe is offering online dance classes, free or for a donation.
SLiDE will continue its online programme throughout January and February and maybe beyond, hard to know at this stage. But they hope they can bring a little bit of light and laughter to these grey and uncertain times.
Disco into your day: pure free-styling, no routines!
9.30-10am: Tuesday & Thurs
10-11am: Saturday
£1 suggested donation
Creative dance: some sequences, some improvisation!
Tuesday 11-12pm for all adults
Wednesday 2-3pm for learning disabled adults
