Only Committee Members and assistants who require access to this personal data to carry out their role within the Association are provided with access to the data. This includes information emails and other communications, maintaining membership and subscription records and contact details for finding volunteers for specific purposes.
Information will not be shared with third parties without express permission from the member concerned.
