PHRA holds the following data on those Members who have provided it:

• Telephone Number(s);
• Email Address;
• Subscription record.
Only Committee Members, and administrators who require access to this personal data needed to carry out their role within the Association are provided with access to the data. This includes maintaining membership and subscription records and contact details for finding volunteers for specific purposes and responding to queries.
Information will not be shared with third parties without express permission from the member concerned.
